TUA developed a project prospectus for an integrated wellbeing precinct in Panmure. This visually engaging book supported in the deal origination, by outlining the steps that needed to be taken to catalyze the development.
The Challenge
A developer approached TUA to request direction on how a deal could come together to deliver a health and wellness precinct. A structured delivery program was therefore needed; one heavily reliant on the alignment and mobilisation of multiple stakeholders.
A visually engaging prospectus was the key in support this deal origination phase. It needed to clearly articulate the project's vision and detail the commercial opportunity for all partners.
The Solution
TUA developed this structured delivery program for the developer, for them to take to potential partners and stakeholders to communicate the vision and ultimately get them on board.
The Journey
The process to develop the prospectus first involved an analysis of the local context, which in this case was Panmure in Auckland. TUA also undertook sight-specific analysis, to further understand how the project would align with strategic objectives for the area.
