This project involved the development of a five-year business plan, to guide the future direction of the Papakura Museum.
The Challenge
The Papakura Museum required a strong strategic direction and robust plan on how to transition a broader range of revenue streams, in order to support its activities. The goal was to achieve a sustainable, breakeven position and be a more resilient organisation as it moves into the future.
The Solution
TUA and the Museum team worked collaboratively with their stakeholders to define the Museum's ambitions, aspirations, core services, strategic direction, operational model, performance measures and targets, priorities, annual budget, financial projections and reporting requirements.
The Journey
The business plan outlined the ambitions for the Papakura Museum and strategic priorities for the next five years. TUA provided services including offering strategic advice, and engaging with the local community as well as stakeholders to successfully deliver a solid, strategic business plan.
