This piece of work involved TUA holding a strategic workshop, to develop a regional economic development product for cycle trails in Tāmaki.
The Challenge
A group front the cycling community wanted to bring the cycle trail operators from around the region together to share knowledge and identify how they could work together more effectively and to raise the profile of cycle trails as a product.
The Solution
TUA helped to scope and plan the workshop and then run the workshop. This included curating the presentations, linking them together with an overall narrative, engaging the audience and facilitating an interactive working session to identify the actions the group would take forward.
The Journey
TUA facilitated a full-day workshop with partner agencies and stakeholders, then developed an indicative programme plan based on the discussion and analysis of opportunities and challenges that were discussed at the workshop. Finally, a visual summary document was created, which outlined the project roadmap.
