TUA planned and facilitated a workshop for four iwi partners, to assist in creating a space for the sharing of their housing kaupapa.
The Challenge
The Wellington Regional Leadership Committee required support to plan and facilitate a workshop with their iwi Partners in Te Whanganui-a-Tara. They wanted to create an opportunity for all four Iwi to come together to define their shared housing kaupapa.
The Solution
TUA was engaged to be the facilitator for Ngāti Toa, Ngā Hapū Otaki, Raukawa, Te Atiawa, to help shed light on each of their individual mahi and create the opportunity for them to learn from each other in their housing goals.
The Journey
TUA designed the workshop and agenda in collaboration with the Wellington Regional Leader Committee, ensuring to take into account the previous work of the Committee that had already been undertaken. The workshop therefore built on the kaupapa of each of the iwi partner organisations, who attended the workshop.
